The Televised National Championship, however, is open only to affiliate poker leagues and pre-qualified players that qualified through hundreds of weekly "BPO" events across the continent.

Only Day 1A (flight 1 or flight 2) participants can buy-into day 1B "Second Chance". There is no also no way to qualify for a seat into this event through BPO. You also cannot play Day 1B exclusively, you must have participated in day 1A (either flight) to participate in the "Second Chance".
